Welcome to ZuckerLive

So ZuckerLive can show your Dexcom values live, you need to enable Share in the Dexcom app once. It only takes 2 minutes – step by step:

1. Open the Dexcom app. On your phone open Dexcom G7 (or Dexcom G6 or Dexcom ONE+) and sign in with your Dexcom account.
2. Open “Share”. Tap “Share” at the bottom or in the menu. The first time, the app guides you through a short setup – confirm it.
3. Add a follower. Tap “Invite Follower” and enter a name plus an e-mail address or phone number (you may add yourself).
   Important: Without at least one follower, Dexcom shares no values – without this step ZuckerLive stays empty.
4. Sign up at ZuckerLive. Enter your Dexcom credentials here (exactly the same as in the Dexcom app: username, e-mail or phone number + password) and choose your region (in Europe: Europe).
5. Choose your desired username for ZuckerLive.
6. Done – your values appear in real time. Encrypted and visible only to you.

Compatible devices: Dexcom G6, G7 and ONE+ – all have the “Share” feature.
The older Dexcom ONE (without “+”) and Stelo do not offer a “Share” feature and therefore cannot be connected.

ZuckerLive works on any internet-capable device – smartphone, tablet, TV, VR or PC.
